We had Armor Shield do a major renovation of our home. The project included a new Batten Roof, soffit, fascia, siding. I’m glad to have come across this advice as I’ve been needing to replace my roof for a while. I’ll have to follow these steps in looking for a roofer. I think a crucial step I hadn’t made sure of is knowing if a roofer is licensed, although I’ve made sure of a proven track record in their work. I’ll follow this advice as I ask for written estimates before making what could be a costly commitment.
